Wellness Class

  • 1 hour class or lunch and learn

  • Starting at $600

Wellness Class Experience

  • 2+ hours: 1 hour class + activities and discussion that correlate with lesson

  • Starting at $1,200

Wellness Series

  • Classes or lunch and learns series: 2, 4, or 6 sessions (weekly or monthly)

  • Chose to do the series with wellness classes only or the wellness class experience

  • Starting at $2,200
